Frequently asked questions
No. Customers describe changes in plain English — 'make this a line chart,' 'remove this field,' 'move this section up.' The AI handles all code changes in a sandboxed environment. Your customers never see a line of code. They see the result of their request, live, in seconds.
Any web application that runs in a browser. React apps get enhanced element selection through automatic component tree detection. Vue, Svelte, Angular, and vanilla JS apps use DOM-level selection — functionally identical from the customer's perspective. One script tag works everywhere.
When a customer requests a change, Claude reads the relevant source files in a sandboxed copy of your app, makes the edit, and writes the files back. The sandbox uses your actual codebase, dependencies, and data — so the result is production-accurate. If a change doesn't compile, it automatically reverts and offers an alternative.
Each customer gets an isolated sandbox running in a Firecracker microVM — the same technology AWS Lambda uses. Sandboxes have no access to your production infrastructure, databases, or environment variables. The AI is restricted to UI component files only. Sandboxes are destroyed after 30 minutes of inactivity.
